We are committed to improving the childbirth experience with a full spectrum of services that promote dignity, health, and well-being for all families—including those with high-risk pregnancies.
Position Overview
The Doula Program Supervisor is responsible for leading and supporting a team of doulas in the delivery of high-quality maternal support services. This is a working supervisor role, meaning the majority of time is spent performing similar duties as the doulas, with additional responsibilities related to scheduling, training, and quality oversight.
This is a non-exempt, hourly position, eligible for overtime in accordance with California wage and hour laws.

Working Hours & Breaks
Employees are entitled to meal and rest breaks per California law, including a 30-minute unpaid meal break for shifts over 5 hours and a paid 10-minute rest break for every 4 hours worked or major fraction thereof.

This role is classified as non-exempt under California law.
Employment is at-will, meaning either the employee or the organization may terminate the relationship at any time, with or without cause or notice, in accordance with applicable law.

We are seeking compassionate, client centered and dedicated doulas to join our growing team. In this role, it provides emotional, physical, and educational support to pregnant individuals and their families before, during, and after childbirth. No previous doula experience is required, as comprehensive Doula training is provided.
